When the pilot scope allows it, you can append a clinic note that the owner sees. The patient’s record stays single-sourced.
Zero cost during the pilot. A clinic licence price will be set together with you, after we know what the workflow actually costs.
One vet or practice manager owns the relationship on your side. Weekly check-in for the first month, monthly after.
Pilots run on real owner records, consent-led. We will not seed a demo dataset that pretends to be your clinic.
If it isn’t earning its keep at three months, the pilot ends. We give you a clean export of any clinic-side notes you’ve added.
